Sichuan Metal Society held its third grand congress on May 5 to 9 in Chengdu’s science and technology center. 180 delegates attended the meeting from 71 units in the province, representing more than 3,000 members. Secretary of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Governor Jiang Minkuan, governor of Sichuan Province paid a member’s seat as the member’s representative.
