(一) 为了纪念中国地质学会成立四十周年,作者提出“镶嵌的地壳”这一篇短文,说明目前地壳的构造图案,为进一步探讨地壳构造的历史发展及其运动变化的原因提出一个理论基础。根据百花齐放百家争鸣的方针,作者对大地构造问题提出自己的见解。这种见解是否能够成为一本之花、一家之言,还是问题。这有待同志们批评指正和以后实践证明。
