中共中央国务院关于深化医疗卫生体制改革的意见传递出了医药分业、加大政府补偿的信息,然而,医药分业的具体“分法”尚不确定,还处于摸着石头过河的阶段。此外,在采访中记者发现多数药师对医改缺乏一定的关心和重视,很多药师认为医改对自身影响不大。药店的驻店药师也好,医院药房里的药师也好,更多的是在关心自己每天的工作。他们普遍认为“政策的事是当官儿的要考虑的”。看来,对于这一轮医改,大多数药学工作者所关注的还是诸如提高收入等老生常谈的内容,药师边缘化的地位恐难改变。
