针对大批量齿轮产品加工的特点和现在质量控制中所存在的问题 ,详细阐述了大批量齿轮加工质量过程控制中涉及的多项技术和解决方法。提出了一种新工艺—质量保证工艺 ,并重点介绍了质量保证工艺在质量过程控制中发挥的重要性。
In view of the characteristics of high-volume gear products processing and the problems existing in quality control now, a lot of techniques and solutions involved in the mass-process control of high-volume gear processing are elaborated. Proposed a new process - quality assurance process, and highlighted the importance of quality assurance process in the quality of process control.
