双源制电力调车机车转向架悬挂系统可采用一系软二系硬方案或一系硬二系软方案。通过对这2种方案的动力学性能进行对比分析,并结合调车机车的运营工况,确定双源制调车机车转向架宜采用一系软二系硬的方案;同时就二系弹簧横向和纵向2种布置方式对转向架性能的影响进行了对比分析,由于二系簧横向布置对转向架性能有利,因此,确定双源制调车机车二系弹簧采用横向布置的方式;最后对各牵引装置在双源制调车机车转向架的适应性进行了分析,确定采用端部斜牵引杆的方式。
