使命陈述表明了一个企业的企业性质和存在的根本目的,是一个企业长远发展的基石和依据。一个企业只有明确的使命陈述,才能认清自己的发展目的,才能树立良好的企业形象。然而在我国中小企业的发展历程中,受到规模小,资金不足,地域性局限等因素。企业的使命陈述不够清晰,企业财务状况并不是十分良好。然而只有准确的掌握使命陈述与财务绩效之间的关系,才能不断提高中小企业的核心竞争力,不断塑造出新的企业形象,为中小企业的长久发张奠定良好的基础。中小企业对国民经济的增长,起到了非常重要的作用,因此更应该从长远的角度注重中小企业的使命陈述。
Mission statement shows that the nature of an enterprise and the fundamental purpose of existence, is the cornerstone of a business and the basis for long-term development. Only a clear business mission statement, in order to recognize their own development purposes, in order to establish a good corporate image. However, in the course of the development of SMEs in our country, they are affected by such factors as small size, insufficient funds and geographical limitations. Business mission statement is not clear enough, corporate financial position is not very good. However, only by accurately grasping the relationship between mission statement and financial performance, can we continuously improve the core competitiveness of SMEs, constantly create a new corporate image and lay a good foundation for the long-term issuance of SMEs. SMEs play a very important role in the growth of the national economy. Therefore, SMEs should pay more attention to the mission statements in the long run.
