由中华人民共和国教育部制定的《全日制义务教育语文课程标准试验教科书》,要求1—6年级学生背诵古今优秀诗文160篇,7—9年级学生背诵80篇,合计240篇。同时明确提出了“关于优秀诗文背诵推荐篇目的建议”。《建议》中详细列出除了中国现当代和外国优秀诗文的具体篇名。其中1—6年级70篇,7—9年级50篇;其余部分的中国现当代和国外的优秀诗文90篇,7—9年级30篇由教材编者和教师补充推荐。课程标准在阅读目标中十分强调语言和积累,而且进行了量化,第一学段1-2年级要求学生积累自己喜欢的成
