腹腔妊娠并不多见,尤以胎儿能生存至足月者更为少见。我科78年获一例继发性腹腔妊娠289天,活胎。剖腹产后,婴儿死于肺发育不全。报告如下: 张××,33岁。妊娠41周2天,于78年11月7日入院。患者末次月经78年1月22日。闭经两个月时,突然阵发性剧烈腹痛,但无昏厥及阴道流血。未经治疗而自行缓解。一月后,于某县医院诊断为妊娠。停经四个月后出现胎动。近一周胎动活跃,伴腹部不适和腹痛。患者平素月经正常。19岁结婚,婚后一直未孕。检查:体温36.4℃心律94次,血压130/100毫米汞柱。腹部膨隆足月妊娠大小,胎肢、胎体表浅,胎动明显,胎头位于右下腹,胎心响亮,140次/分,
