培训是企业具有持续竞争力的智力保障。目前,我国企业的培训在管理体制、运行机制、培训战略规划、培训实施等方面仍然存在诸多问题,要有效解决这些问题,必须加强企业培训体系建设,将组织体系、管理体系、执行体系和课程体系四位一体化,有效整合培训资源,优化培训流程,从而提升培训绩效。
Training is the continuous intellectual competitiveness of enterprises. At present, there are still many problems in the training of our country’s enterprises in management system, operation mechanism, training strategic planning, training implementation and so on.
