学生群体是一个非常特殊的团体,它的特殊性主要来自于学生半成熟的特征,学生高密度的生活在一起,难免会发生这样和那样的矛盾,职业教育作为高等教育的一种形式,这方面的问题是不可避免的,而且还呈现出一些特殊性,即家长对学生的教育乏力,生源地分布较广。班主任需要充分重视这方面的工作,提出若干有效的措施,从而大幅地减少学生之间的矛盾,将分析学生矛盾产生的成因,结合平时的工作经验,提出了这方面问题的一些处理办法。
The student group is a very special group. Its specialty comes mainly from the semi-mature characteristics of students. Students living in high density will inevitably experience such contradictions. Vocational education as a form of higher education The problems are unavoidable, but also show some peculiarities, that is, parents’ education to students is weak and their sources are widely distributed. The class teacher needs to pay full attention to the work in this area and put forward some effective measures to reduce the contradiction between the students greatly. Based on the analysis of the causes of the students’ contradictions and the usual working experience, some solutions to this problem are put forward.
