目的研究中西医结合治疗原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法选取2014年6月~12月我院收治的原发性高血压患者66例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予中医治疗,并观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为96.97%,明显高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗原发性高血压患者的疗效显著,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To study the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on patients with essential hypertension. Methods Sixty-six patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the research object, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment. The observation group was given TCM treatment on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect of the two groups was observed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.97%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (66.67%, P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of essential hypertension in patients with significant effect, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
