本文阐述了COD阻力曲线的原理,对于裂纹扩展量(△a)中包含伸张区时,从COD阻力曲线上确定δ_i值的方法作了证明,对COD阻力曲线的试验步骤作了一般介绍,并列出了两种不同材料在同一几何尺寸下的COD阻力曲线的试验结果。在本文的最后部分讨论了五个问题,即COD阻力曲线的物理含义;试样的几何尺寸与COD阻力曲线的关系;裂纹扩展量(△a)的量测计算问题,用弹性柔度法计算裂纹扩展量(△a)的问题,以及δ_R的计算问题等。
This paper describes the principle of the COD resistance curve. For the extension of the crack propagation (△a), the method for determining the δ_i value from the COD resistance curve is demonstrated. The test procedure for the COD resistance curve is described in general. The test results of the COD resistance curves for two different materials at the same geometry are listed. In the final part of this paper, five issues are discussed, namely the physical meaning of the COD resistance curve; the relationship between the geometric dimension of the sample and the COD resistance curve; and the measurement and calculation problems of the crack propagation amount (△a), calculated with the elastic compliance method.
