2003年湖北省国防科技工业工作的主要目标是:确保重点工程按计划要求完成,改革脱困工作取得新突破,高新技术产业化工作取得新进展,安全生产和职工队伍保持稳定,经济效益进一步提高。经济发展的主要预期目标是:全行业实现总产出同比增长12％,企业实现工业总产值(不变价)同比增长9％;实现工业增加值同比增长10％;补贴前亏损企业亏损额同比下降25％;工业产品销售率达到96％以上。
The main objectives of the national defense science and technology industry in Hubei Province in 2003 were to ensure that key projects were completed as planned, to make new breakthroughs in the work of reforming and eliminating difficulties, to make new progress in the industrialization of high and new technologies, to keep the safety in production and workforce stable, and to further improve economic efficiency. The main expected goals of economic development are as follows: the total output of the whole industry has increased by 12% over the same period of last year; the total industrial output value (constant price) of enterprises has increased by 9% over the same period of last year; the industrial added value has increased by 10% over the same period of last year; 25%; industrial product sales rate reached 96%.
