目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定柴远解郁片中栀子含量的方法。方法以十八烷基硅烷健合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-水(15∶85)为流动相;检测波长为238nm;流速1.0 ml/min。理论板数以栀子苷峰计算应不低于2500。结果栀子浓度线性范围为0.1248μg~0.6240μg。平均回收率为99.27,RSD=0.41%(n=5)。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于柴远解郁片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of Gardenia jasminoides in Chaoyu Jieyu tablet by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The octadecylsilane bonded silica gel was used as the filler. The mobile phase was acetonitrile - water (15:85). The detection wavelength was 238 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml / min. The number of theoretical plates to calculate the peak of geniposide should not be less than 2500. Results The linear range of gardenia was 0.1248μg ~ 0.6240μg. The average recovery was 99.27, RSD = 0.41% (n = 5). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Qiyuan Jieyu tablet.
