采用自动血细胞计数器测定了97例血尿患者尿平均红细胞容积(MCV)及分布曲线。结果显示:肾小球性血尿患者尿MCV明显小于非肾小球性血尿患者(P<0.05);肾小球性血尿其分布曲线呈低容积区偏态分布;非肾小球性血尿分布曲线则呈高容积区正态分布。对诊断肾小球性血尿与非肾小球性血尿的敏感性和特异性分别为96.0%和94.4%与93.4%和91.o%,均优于相差显微镜观察的诊断。
Urinary mean hematocrit (MCV) and distribution curve of 97 patients with hematuria were measured by automatic hematocytometer. The results showed that the urinary MCV of patients with glomerular hematuria was significantly lower than that of patients with non-glomerular hematuria (P <0.05). The distribution curve of glomerular hematuria showed skewed distribution of low volume area. Non-glomerular hematuria Distribution curve was normal distribution of high volume area. The sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of glomerular hematuria and non-glomerular hematuria were 96.0% and 94.4% and 93.4%, respectively. o%, are better than phase contrast microscopy diagnosis.
