当今知识经济时代,各企业之间的竞争不仅是科学技术和管理方面的竞争,更是人力、人才的竞争。石油企业是技术密集型企业,对人力资源的要求更高。可以说人力资源是影响石油企业能否成功的重要因素。本文首先介绍了石油企业的人力资源现状,然后提出了开发人力资源的途径,最后提出了建设及管理石油企业人才成长通道的对策。
In today’s era of knowledge economy, the competition among enterprises is not only the competition in science and technology and management, but also the competition of manpower and talents. Oil companies are technology-intensive enterprises that demand more human resources. It can be said that human resources are an important factor affecting the success of oil companies. This paper first introduces the present situation of human resources in petroleum enterprises, and then puts forward the ways to develop human resources. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures to build and manage the talent channels in oil enterprises.
