本文结合现行法律制度,分析了目前建立助学贷款相关法律制度所具备的法制依据、理论依据和社会环境,提出了建立助学贷款相关法律制度的可行性及立法研究的可能方向。
This article analyzes the legal basis, theoretical basis and social environment for the establishment of the legal system of student loans, and puts forward the feasibility of establishing the legal system of student loans and the possible direction of legislation research.
