本文报告一起意外事故致使５人吸入镉烟后早期未予以重视而４至８小时后出现呼吸道刺激症状，３至４日后出现化学性肺水肿。揭示凡吸入刺激性气体后患者均应卧床休息，密切观察，积极采取措施，防止肺水肿发生。
This article reports an accident that led to five people not initially receiving the cadmium smoke and 4 to 8 hours after respiratory irritation, and 3 to 4 days after chemical pulmonary edema. Revealed that inhaled irritant gas patients should be bed rest, close observation, and actively take measures to prevent the occurrence of pulmonary edema.
