实验共进行了云烟3个品种,3种施肥条件下九份样品的香气物质分析,测定出12类50种成分.其中烃类13种;酮10种;N-杂环化合物7种;酯4种;醇4种;呋喃3种;酸、酚各2种;酸酐、硝基化合物及胺类各一种.对于其中含量较大的香味物质进行了相对量的比较.从5g/株,8g/株和11g/株(氮)改变3种施肥量,观察主要香气成分含量的变化,并与评吸结果的季吃味进行相关分析,找出同品种不同施肥量及相同施肥条件不同品种间主要香味物质的差异;为选择优良品种,改善栽培条件,提高云烟品质提供一定理论依据.
A total of three varieties of Yunyan were tested in this experiment. Aroma components of nine samples under three different fertilization conditions were analyzed. Fifty components of 12 categories were determined. Among them, there are 13 kinds of hydrocarbons, 10 kinds of ketones, 7 kinds of N-heterocyclic compounds, 4 kinds of esters, 4 kinds of alcohols, 3 kinds of furans, 2 kinds of acids and 2 kinds of phenols, and one kind of anhydride, nitro compound and amine. A relatively large amount of flavor substances were compared for relative amounts. The changes of the content of main aroma components from 5g / plant, 8g / plant and 11g / plant (nitrogen) were observed. Correlation analysis was made between the content of main aroma components and the taste of the seasoned apples. The difference of the main aroma substances between different varieties under the same fertilization condition, which provided some theoretical basis for selecting good varieties, improving cultivation conditions and improving the quality of cloud tobacco.
