高职教育的培养目标是培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的实用型高级专门人才。高职人才的特点是:(1)技术的专深型(职业资格证书通常是它的符号和通行证);(2)在它整个的工作中离不开技能,但是这种技能需要有较深理论的支撑。作为高职院校必须十分重视对学生动手实践能力的培养,推进以职业资格证书为主线的专业教学,大力发展和建设校内外实习与实训基地,通过理论—实践—顶岗实习等一体化的培养,才能培养出扎扎实实的技术、技能型应用人才,彰显出高职教育的本色。
