双簧管簧片的制作程序主要是刨苇、对折、成型、缠线、粗修、开口、精加工及局部调整等。可以找到大量有关双簧管簧片制作的文字资料,但专门对成型簧片的精修及调整进行研究的文章却如凤毛麟角。鉴于簧片的精修工作技术含量强,既复杂又困难,因此,笔者拟面向已经具有一定做哨基础的演奏者重点谈谈自己在这方面近四十年的感受。本文的对象是具有一定做哨经历的双簧管演奏者,主要介绍了制作双簧管簧片时应当注意的问题、簧片的精加工以及一些调整方法。
Oboe reeds production process is mainly reed, folding, forming, wrapping, rough repair, opening, finishing and local adjustment. A great deal of textual material about the production of oboe reeds can be found, but few articles devoted to the study of rehearsal and adjustment of reformed reeds are rare. In view of the reworking of reeds with strong technical content, both complicated and difficult, therefore, I intend to focus on the already whistle-blower to talk about my own experience in this area for nearly four decades. The object of this article is a oboe player with whistle-blowing experience. It mainly introduces the problems that should be paid attention to when making the oboe reed, the reed finishing and some adjustment methods.
