道路桥梁工程造价风险管理的过程中,要采取科学合理的工程造价的风险控制和管理的方法,及时发现工程项目中存在的安全隐患并采取有效的措施进行处理。同时道桥工作造价管理部门和人员要不断加强造价风险问题的研究,从而制定有效的管理策略,最大程度的将风险降低到最小。本文对道路桥梁工程造价风险管理的主要风险因素以及道路桥梁工程造价管理风险的解决措施进行了探讨。
In the process of risk management of road and bridge engineering cost, we should take a scientific and reasonable method of risk control and management of project cost to find the potential safety hazard in the project in time and take effective measures to deal with it. At the same time, the cost management department and personnel of the bridge should continue to strengthen the research on the problem of cost risk so as to formulate effective management strategies to minimize the risks to the greatest extent. This article discusses the main risk factors of road and bridge construction cost risk management as well as the settlement measures of road and bridge project cost management risk.
