本研究以培矮 64S/ 890 2 S F2 代中选出的 11个典型的光敏核不育单株进行花培 ,获得了 2 2个花培单个愈伤分化苗 (指由单个愈伤组织分化的一丛苗 ,以下简称愈伤苗系 )为本研究的试验材料。通过远安 ,海南不同生态条件考察来源于同一愈伤苗系的育性变化。结果表明 ,同一 F2 单株来源的不同愈伤苗系之间、以及同一愈伤苗系的不同单株间 ,结实率变异范围和变异系数较大。同一愈伤苗系不同单株结实均值均以海南高于远安 ,说明多数光敏核不育单株 ,具有长日条件下育性稳定和短日条件下育性易转换特性。分子标记分析未能检测到不同于双亲的结构变异位点 ,并证实来源于同一愈伤苗系的不同单株变异 ,是由于花培过程中多个花粉粒同时诱导、分化而来的结果。本文还讨论了籼型光敏核不育水稻的选育技术路线
In this study, 11 typical photoperiod-sensitive male sterile plants selected from Pei’ai 64S / 890 2 S F2 were used for flower culture. A total of 22 single callus-differentiated plants (defined by single callus differentiation Of a cluster of seedlings, hereinafter referred to as callus seedlings) for the study of the test material. Through Yuanan, Hainan different ecological conditions investigated from the same callus line fertility changes. The results showed that the variation range and coefficient of variation of seed setting rate among different callus lines of the same F2 single plant and between different single plants of the same callus line were larger. The mean values of seed-setting of different plants in the same callus were higher than that of Yuanan in Hainan Province, indicating that most plants with photo-sensitive genic male sterile had stable fertility in long-day and fertility in short-day. Molecular marker analysis failed to detect structural variation sites different from those of parents, and confirmed that the variation of different single plants derived from the same callus line was due to the simultaneous induction and differentiation of multiple pollen grains during flowering.
