目的观察肾脏病患者（包括尿毒症血透病人）血浆内皮素水平。方法用放射免疫方法测定了３７例肾脏病患者和６３例健康成人血浆内皮素（Ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｎ，ＥＴ）的含量。结果①正常人ＥＴ水平较低（８４．５３±２２．１６ｎｇ／Ｌ）。尿毒症非透析组（１４２．６１±６６．３６ｎｇ／Ｌ）、尿毒症透析前（２４９．０７±６３．０４ｎｇ／Ｌ）、尿毒症透析后（１６４．０４±７４．８７ｎｇ／Ｌ）、肾炎组（１２０．４２±３６．１０ｎｇ／Ｌ）血浆ＥＴ水平皆较正常人高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；②血透后ＥＴ水平下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）；③血透治疗患者的血浆ＥＴ水平高于非透析治疗组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论肾脏病患者（包括尿毒症血透病人）血浆内皮素水平升高。
Objective To observe the plasma level of endothelin in patients with kidney disease (including uremic hemodialysis patients). Methods The contents of endothelin (ET) in 37 patients with nephropathy and 63 healthy adults were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results ① The level of ET in normal people was lower (84.53 ± 22.16ng / L). (142.61 ± 66.36ng / L), uremic pre-dialysis (249.07 ± 63.04ng / L), uremic dialysis (164.04 ± 74.87ng / L), nephritis (120.42 ± 36.10ng / L) plasma ET levels were higher than normal (P <0.01); ② ET level decreased after hemodialysis (P <0.01); ③ hemodialysis treatment of patients with plasma ET level was higher than non-dialysis treatment group (P <0.01). Conclusion Plasma endothelin levels are elevated in patients with kidney disease (including uremia hemodialysis patients).
