20世纪90年代以来,国际教育界出现了以信息技术(IT)的广泛应用为特征的发展趋向,国内学者称之为教育信息化现象。如果将教育信息化视为一个过程,那么这一过程发展到最后必然会形成一种新的教育模式——信息化教育。
Since the 1990s, there has been a trend of development characterized by the extensive application of information technology (IT) in the international education community. The domestic scholars call it the phenomenon of education informatization. If the education information as a process, then the development of this process is bound to form a new education model - information technology education.
