阿普雷沙林(Apresoline)适量的“阿普雷沙林”能使高血压及正常动物的血压降低,舒张压的下降较为明显。它的降压作用是逐渐开始,维持时间很长,当静脉注射后10—15分钟血压开始下降,口服后30分钟到2小时血压下降到较低水平。剂量增加,血压下降程度也加大,但增加到一定程度后,血压就不再继续下降。“阿普雷沙林”能部分解除肾上腺素等生理性加压物质的升压作用。无神经
