随着我国市场经济的日益发展,消费信贷经济也越来越热门,房地产抵押制度作为现代担保制度越来越受到人们的广泛关注。抵押房地产制度作为一种担保形式,抵押人可以以自身拥有的财产作为抵押换得资金进行事业投资,但仍能使用抵押物。因此,这种抵押担保形式受到人们的追捧,导致抵押房地产转移登记工作的任务量越来越大。本文主要通过抵押房地产转移登记的作用以及意义,分析其存在的风险以及如何更好的防范抵押房地产转移登记工作中的风险,从而提高抵押房地产转移登记工作的效率与质量。
With the development of market economy in our country, the consumer credit economy is also becoming more and more popular. As a modern guarantee system, the real estate mortgage system has drawn more and more attention. Mortgaging the real estate system as a form of security, the mortgagor can own property owned as a security in exchange for funds for business investment, but still can use the collateral. Therefore, the form of collateral secured by people sought after, leading to the registration of real estate transfer mortgages more and more tasks. This paper analyzes the risk and how to prevent the risk in the registration of real estate mortgage transfer through the registration of real estate transfer and the significance of the registration, so as to improve the efficiency and quality of the real estate transfer registration.
