编辑同志: 最近,我们下乡时发现,有的社队把暂时不用的农机具,例如播种机、扬场机、插秧机和犁铧等,放在露天地里,经长期风吹日晒和雨浇,造成有的零部件锈损。有的无人保管,零部件丢失。还有的放在仓库里,因连日阴雨,通风通光不好,库里空气湿热,甚至透了雨水,零部件也有生锈和损坏的现象。农机具的零部件损坏,就要重新修配,这不仅造成不应有的浪费,还可能耽误农时。我们经过了解认为,产生上述情况的主要原因,是部分社队对加强农机具保管
