在中小型车床轴类件加工中,使用图1所示的顶尺测量外径,既方便,又迅速,并且读尺准确。在测量时不用校对卡爪,顶一下工件就可读数。结构原理:顶尺由图1之角规2、固定尺1等组成。顶尺是根据圆与角的关系得来的。选择一个合适的角度做成角规,在测量时,使这个角的两条线与工件相切,使角平分线的顶点到工件外圆的线段长等于测量工件的外径。其原理从图2可用反证法证明。O为圆心,B点为垂线AO与圆的交点,C点是AC与圆的切点,
