采用几何尺寸测量、刺漏裂口形貌分析、力学性能测试等方法,结合钻杆的受力状态和使用工况,分析了S135钻杆刺漏的原因,并提出了5点预防措施。分析认为:S135钻杆刺漏属于早期腐蚀疲劳失效;在腐蚀和拉压、弯曲、扭转等载荷的作用下,S135钻杆壁厚偏薄处的外表面腐蚀坑底部首先出现疲劳裂纹,并扩展导致钻杆刺漏。
The reasons for the puncture and leakage of S135 drill pipe were analyzed by means of geometric measurement, the analysis of the top and bottom of the crack, the test of mechanical properties, and the working conditions of the drill pipe. Five preventive measures were put forward. The analysis shows that: S135 drill pipe leakage belongs to the early corrosion fatigue failure; under the action of corrosion, tension, bending and torsion loads, the fatigue crack is first observed at the bottom of the corrosion pits on the outer surface of the S135 drill pipe, Lead to drill pipe leakage.
