《经济法》是高职商科类专业的一门专业必修课,开设该课程的目的是培养既掌握商科专业技能知识又掌握经济法律知识的应用型人才,该课程内容一般以抽象的概念、原理、制度、规范等形式出现,如何将这些抽象的理论具体化,一方面提高学生的学习热情,另一方面完善学生的知识结构,使学生做到举一反三、触类旁通,增强法律应用能力,教师恰当运用教学方法组织教学是解决该问题的关键。本文针对这一问题就案例教学法、项目教学法、情景模拟教学法在经济法课程中的具体运用和实施进行探讨。
The Economic Law is a compulsory course for higher vocational majors. The purpose of this course is to cultivate applied talents who master not only the professional and commercial legal knowledge but also the legal knowledge of the economy. The content of the course is generally based on abstract concepts and principles , System, norms and other forms, how to abstract these abstract theories, on the one hand to improve students’ enthusiasm for learning, on the other hand improve the student’s knowledge structure, so that students do everything else in the world, to enhance the ability of law application, the proper use of teachers Teaching methods Organizing teaching is the key to solving this problem. In this paper, we discuss the application and implementation of case teaching method, project teaching method and scenario simulation method in the course of economic law.
