建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对7.5%甲氧磺草胺水分散粒剂(WG)进行定性和定量的分析方法。以乙腈-水(体积比98∶2)为流动相,Eclipse Plus C18为分离柱,选择215nm为紫外检测波长。试样5次测定平均值为7.55%,相对标准偏差为0.99%,添加平均回收率为99.1%,标准曲线相关系数为0.9997。方法测定结果准确度和精密度高,操作简单、快速。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of 7.5% mesotrione water dispersible granules (WG). With acetonitrile-water (98: 2 by volume) as the mobile phase, Eclipse Plus C18 was used as the separation column and 215 nm UV detection wavelength was selected. The average of five determinations was 7.55%, the relative standard deviation was 0.99%, the average recoveries were 99.1%, and the correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9997. The method has the advantages of high accuracy and precision, simple and fast operation.
