为查明肺炎、肺部感染、慢支炎并感染、支周炎、上呼吸道感染等呼吸道感染病人中,有无Q热感染的存在,我们在昆明、蒙自和下关三地,采集199例呼吸道感染病人的双份血清398份,用常规冷补体结合试验(CFT),检测Q热抗体,结果Q热感染的总阴性率为8.04%。其中60～70岁年龄组阳性率最高。
