本文在潮湿的气侯条件下加工碘盐时,投入占母盐6%添加剂滑石粉或碳酸钙后,从碘盐合格率、盐碘正态性检验、方差分析、变异系数、90%位数、碘盐质量稳定性、盐碘分布、盐碘均数和标准差、检出范围和10~30mg/kg百分数等的统计分析表明,凡使用该碘盐添加剂的两组的碘盐质量明显下降,产生负效应明显;凡不使用碘盐添加剂的两个对照组碘盐质量高。另外,滑石粉属外用的滑润剂,若作食品添加剂属违反《食品卫生法》,并增加碘盐加工的工序和成本。因此,应予全盘否定和取缔。
