1982年11月20日14时30分,鞍钢弓长岭铁矿岭东高山采区在476～488水平进行峒室爆破,当起爆后间隔18分钟左右,又发生了局部药室第二次爆轰的严重现象。虽然未造成人员和设备的伤害,但这是一起极为罕见的重大未遂事故。搞清这种二次爆轰产生的原因,从偶然的缓爆现象中找出蕴存着的必然爆轰依据,对今后的爆破安全技术规程的充实有着广泛的现实意义。
At 14:30 on November 20, 1982, Anshan Iron and Gongmiaogenongling East Ridge mining area in the 476 ~ 488 level blasting room blasting, when the detonation interval of about 18 minutes, another occurred in the second burst of local pharmacy H-serious phenomenon.
