按照发展社会主义经济的要求,以产品产值、成本、利润为杠杆,通过综合平衡,在联合开采方案中选取适合国家需要的最优露天开采境界,以获得多快好省的经济效果是一个需要认真讨论、解决的问题。本文拟对有关露采境界设计的经济剥采比计算,设计基础资料和计算指标以及利用经济剥采比圈定露天开采境界的综合平衡等问题进行了初步探讨,并就境界设计与综合平衡方法提出个人意见。
