<正> 一、概述 SF_6全封闭组合电器设备,已逐渐被采用,并已取得良好效果。该设备在安装、运行和检修时所遇到的常见问题是SF_6气体的杂质、水份及密封的管理。气体管理得好,产品运行可靠性就高。根据漫湾电厂500kV设备的运行经验,运行已达三年,气体密封曾出现过泄漏问题,主要原因是密封件损坏所致,更换部件后已恢复正常,其余气隔密封情况基本正常。而SF_6气体的微水含量,经测试有些
