目的 对临床多见的阴虚型甲亢探索一套有效的中西结合诊疗方案.方法 治疗组用中医汤剂加小剂量他巴唑,并设他巴唑常规剂量为对照组.以血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4,心电图、心阻抗检测作前后对照.结果 治疗组总有效率达81.25%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01).结论 甲亢多见于阴虚型,以益气养阴,镇心散结之法,不仅有效地控制甲亢症状及血清指标,还有效地控制心律失常,同时认为心电图P波振幅增高,心阻抗SV、COI、EF增高STI降低对甲亢的诊疗有一定的相关性.
Objective To explore a set of effective combination therapy of Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of yin deficiency hyperthyroidism in clinical practice.Methods The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction plus a small dose of methimazole and the conventional dose of methimazole was taken as control group.The serum T3 and T4 , FT3, FT4, electrocardiogram and heart impedance test.Results The total effective rate was 81.25% in the treatment group, which was significantly better than that in the control group (P0.01) .Conclusion Hyperthyroidism is more common in yin deficiency type, Heart Sanjie not only effectively control the symptoms and serum indicators of hyperthyroidism, but also effectively control arrhythmias, ECG amplitude P wave amplitude, heart resistance SV, COI, EF increased STI decreased hyperthyroidism diagnosis and treatment of a certain degree of correlation .
