3月22日,河北省水利厅与石家庄市政府联合举办纪念“世界水日”座谈会。省水利厅副厅长梁建义、石家庄市委副书记王增明出席会议并讲话。梁建义指出,今后要改变水资源管理理念,提高水资源公共服务能力;建设节水型社会,缓解水资源紧缺矛盾,优化水资源管理配置,保障全社会用水安全;加强水资源保护,改善全省水生态环境。王增明在讲话中指出,首先要转变用水观念,合理高效用水;其次要更新发展理念,抓经济上项目,要充分考虑水资源、水环境的承载能力,量水行事,科学发展,不能以消耗资源、牺牲环境为代价;第三要加大宣传力度,让群众了解水资源短缺情况,强化节水观念,掌握节水知识,把节水变为自觉行动。
