《妇女权益保障法》全面保障妇女权益，促进了妇女事业的进步与发展。面临市场经济带来的许多新情况、新问题，《妇女权益保障法》有待进一步完善。本文论证了妇女在政治地位和人身权益保障方面若干有待提高和有待深化的问题，对目前妇女参政中普遍存在的女代表必须同时具有双重或多重身份之降低妇女参政质量的通行作法提出了自己的看法：市场经济条件下保障妇女权益必须着眼于保障妇女的发展权利，它是妇女获得一切权利的基础
The Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women fully guarantees the rights and interests of women and promotes the progress and development of women’s undertakings. Faced with many new situations and new problems brought about by the market economy, the Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Women needs to be further improved. This article argues that women have some problems that need to be improved and need to be deepened in the political status and protection of their rights and interests. This article puts forward my own opinion that the ubiquitous female representatives in the current political participation of women must have dual or multiple identities to reduce the quality of women’s political participation. Opinion: The protection of the rights and interests of women under market economy must be aimed at ensuring the rights of women to development. It is the basis for women’s access to all their rights
