高职大学生礼仪教育的现实困境与对策研究

随着社会的文明进步,礼仪越来越受到社会的重视。礼仪教育是高职院校不可忽视的教育领域,这不仅是因为它具有鲜活的德育功能,而且更在于它是现实社会的需要和大学生个体发展的实际需要。高职学生作为一个特殊群体,他们的礼仪修养、礼仪素质不仅关系着校园精神文明,而且对整个社会将产生重要的影响。分析高职院校礼仪教育中存在的问题,积极研究解决的对策,对于高职院校实现高素质、应用型人才的培养目标具有重要意义。 With the progress of civilized society, etiquette has drawn more and more attention from the society. Etiquette education is a field of education that can not be ignored in higher vocational colleges not only because it has a fresh moral education function but also because it is the actual needs of the society and the actual needs of the individual development of college students. Vocational students as a special group, their etiquette, etiquette quality not only related to the campus spiritual civilization, but also to the community as a whole will have a significant impact. The analysis of the problems existing in etiquette education in higher vocational colleges and the countermeasures that are actively studied and solved are of great significance to the training objectives of high quality and applied talents in higher vocational colleges.
