本文优化了柿叶黄酮的提取条件,并对其进行体外抗氧化作用研究。采用单因素和正交试验设计优化得到柿叶总黄酮的最佳提取条件为:用50%乙醇,以1∶60的料液比,在90℃回流提取45min。此条件下总黄酮的提取得率为7.59%。抗氧化性试验结果表明,柿叶黄酮提取液能有效的清除超氧阴离子自由基和羟自由基,其抗氧化性优于VC,是一种有开发潜力的天然抗氧化保健品。
In this paper, the extraction conditions of persimmon leaf flavonoids were optimized and their anti-oxidation effects in vitro were studied. The optimal extraction conditions for the total flavonoids from persimmon leaves were optimized by single factor and orthogonal design. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 50% ethanol, 1:60 material-liquid ratio, 90 ℃ reflux extraction 45min. Under these conditions, the yield of total flavonoids was 7.59%. Antioxidant test results show that the persimmon leaf flavonoids extract can effectively scavenge superoxide anion free radicals and hydroxyl radicals, its antioxidant is better than VC, is a potential natural antioxidant health products.
