本文基于价值工程方法,探讨框架填充墙结构不同连接方式对建筑功能及工程经济的影响,通过对具体案例进行价值计算和偏差分析、内部报酬分析,比较两种连接方式下的价值系数及价值偏差,以及柔性连接方式下的内部报酬。结果表明,在建筑功能、工程综合成本等建设指标方面采用柔性连接均明显优于刚性连接。
In this paper, based on the value engineering method, this paper discusses the impact of different connection modes of the infilled frame structure on the building function and engineering economy. Through value calculation, deviation analysis and internal compensation analysis for specific cases, the value coefficient and value deviation under two connection modes are compared. , As well as the internal compensation for flexible connections. The results show that, in the building function, construction cost and other construction indicators using flexible connections were significantly better than the rigid connection.
