工业以太网系统现能为以前运行于现场总线的楼宇自动化提供足够的网络稳定性和实时控制能力。这篇文章考察如Ethernet/IP或PROFInet系统移植到现场层运行例如其进入到DeviceNet现场总线后的效应。工厂现场的工业数据通信有4个基本的层次:控制层、单元层、过程层和传感器/执行器层。过程层及以下的层次通常认为是现场层。在这一层,Profibus,DeviceNet,Interbus-s,CANopen或AS接口等现场总线被优选作为数据传输系统。
Industrial Ethernet systems now provide adequate network stability and real-time control of building automation that previously operated on the fieldbus. This article examines the effect of porting an Ethernet / IP or PROFInet system to a field-level operation such as its entry into a DeviceNet fieldbus. There are four basic levels of industrial data communication at the plant floor: the control level, the cell level, the process level, and the sensor / actuator level. The process level and below are usually considered as the field level. At this level, fieldbus such as Profibus, DeviceNet, Interbus-s, CANopen or AS interfaces are preferred as data transmission systems.
