二十世纪是社会生产力快速发展的世纪,也是生态环境空前恶化的世纪。环境污染、生态环境恶化等问题的出现导致了一场全球性生态环境危机。为了摆脱危机,实现可持续发展,必须树立科学的发展观,坚持以人为本,通过调节人与人之间的利益关系来实现人与自然的和谐发展,促进人类经济社会的可持续发展。
The twentieth century is a century where the rapid development of social productivity is accelerating. It is also a century where the ecological environment has deteriorated ever since. The emergence of such issues as environmental pollution and deterioration of the ecological environment has led to a global ecological crisis. In order to get rid of the crisis and achieve sustainable development, we must establish a scientific outlook on development, adhere to the people-oriented principle, and realize the harmonious development of man and nature through the adjustment of the relations of interests among people so as to promote the sustainable economic and social development of mankind.
