新课程标准提出:不同的人在数学上有不同的发展。数学教学活动要面向全体学生,让不同的学生在数学上都有成功的体验,都能增长数学知识,都能获得良好的数学教育,为每一个孩子的终身发展打好基础。在实际教学中,我们会发现,学生的智力发展水平是不一样的,每个孩子的长处和缺点也不一样,我们要平等地对待每一个孩子,增强课堂教学效果,不让任何一个孩子掉队。在数学的世界里,需要根据每个孩子不同的情况因材施教,让他们创造属于他自己的精彩。
The new curriculum standard proposes that different people have different mathematic developments. Mathematical teaching activities should be directed at all students so that different students have successful experiences in mathematics. All of them can increase their knowledge of mathematics and obtain good math education so as to lay a solid foundation for the lifelong development of every child. In the actual teaching, we will find that the level of intellectual development of students is not the same, each child’s strengths and weaknesses are not the same, we have to treat each child equally, to enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching, so that no one left behind . In the world of mathematics, students need to be taught according to their aptitude for each child, so that they can create their own wonderful.
