1.全面质量管理组织机构的建立众所周知,产品质量是企业的生命。兽药生产企业必须从企业负责人开始,在日常工作中贯彻以质量为前提的生产经营活动。在ISO9000标准的规定中,企业必须建立以管理者及管理者代表为首的组织机构,以加强质量控制活动中的决策性。组织层次中应包括直接质量控制人员和间接控制人员,直接质量控制人员包括化验室人员和直接生产管理人员、车间生产人员;间接质量控制人员包括库房管理人员、车间生产人员;各企业应根据本企业的组织机构建立相应的全面质量管理组织机构,以形成完整的质量控制职能。2.原辅材料的质量控制(1)建立原辅料企业内控标准兽药生产企业应以我国现行的三级标准建立企业内控标准,并依此作为自身产品的合格标准。在实际工作中,原材料的物理性状、气味、色泽、粒度等对兽药产品的质量影响很大。同一种原料前后两批生产厂家不同,或同一厂家生产但批次不同都极易造成粒度、色泽等方面的差异。所以为了避免这类情况发生,建议兽药企业应建立原材料企业标准,详细规定每一种原料的来源,外观性状、含量等项目;包装物的材
