教师的广义目标是为教育事业作贡献,狭义而言,就是教好书,培养出人才。从教廿余载,我觉得没有爱就没有教育,真正的教育其实是爱的教育。只有对祖国热爱,对事业热爱,对学生热爱才能教好书,管好学生。特别是对于待进生,要做到不歧视,多交流,用爱作润滑剂,做他们的贴心人,促进他们健康成长,全面发展。一、要真诚关爱马斯洛关于人的需要学说告诉我们:每个人都有被人爱和受人尊重的愿望。在工作和生活中,要努力与学生建立新型的师生关
