我国几千年来一直实行土葬,实际上也是树葬,因为绝大多数比较集中的墓地都栽有松、柏常青树,而且长势健壮,管护良好,是墓地,也是树园。到1958年大炼钢铁,这些树被大量砍伐,点缀在乡间颇具灵气的小森林被毁掉了。随着人口增加,耕地减少,国家推行火葬,但效果并不明显。中小城市多数是把骨灰盒埋在公墓或老家的坟地,实际上是土葬的另一种形式。根据这一情况,笔者认为,树葬是一个好主意。实行树葬的好处,一是减少
