时间就是生命,改革就是求存。有人给中国改革下了上述12个字的断言。其实,对于我国很多老油田来说,这句话同样振聋发聩。某种程度上,老油田们面临着与中国社会同样的命题。比如,他们都面临经济发展方式从粗放向集约的转变;比如,他们都面临巨大的环境压力和资源困境;比如,他们同样承担着老龄化社会的巨大包袱,又同时面临人员结构型失衡的问题……可以说,以胜利油田为代表的老油田,其面临的问题在中国有着相当的普遍性。
Time is life, reform is to survive. Some people have made the above 12-word assertions for China’s reform. In fact, for many old oil fields in our country, this sentence is also very enlightening. To some extent, the old oil fields are facing the same propositions as Chinese society. For example, they all face a shift from extensive economy to intensive economy. For example, they are facing tremendous environmental pressure and resource constraints. For example, they also bear the huge burden of an aging society while facing structural imbalances ... It can be said that the oilfields represented by Shengli Oilfield are facing considerable problems in China.
